Hi, I’m Jon Hodgkinson

I’ve been a personal trainer for more than 10 years.

I’ve had the pleasure of helping 100s of clients to lose weight, rehab injuries, and get fitter overall.

Along the way, I decided to combine my passion for health and fitness with my passion for golf. I completed my qualification with the Titleist Performance Institute to help golfers improve their movement and eliminate pain so they can play better, for longer.

My goal is to help you get as much enjoyment out of playing golf as possible for as long as possible.

It’s not about lifting big weights, packing on slabs of muscle, and just hitting the ball as far as you can.

I help you make the most out of what you’ve got by restoring your body’s ability to move well. With better movement comes a better, more consistent swing, less pain, and a reduced chance of injury.

My qualifications include:

  • TPI Level 1
  • Biomechanics Coach Diploma
  • Level 3 Exercise Referral Diploma
  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
  • Level 4 Certificate in Exercise and Nutritional Interventions for Obesity and Diabetes
  • Honours Degree in Public Health & Human Biology

My Golf Fitness Assessment combines Biomechanical testing with protocols from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to build a complete picture of how your body moves.

Based on the results, I can develop and coach you through a personalised plan to improve your swing mechanics, eliminate pain and reduce your chance of injury.
